Newport Vineyards Tour

With the spike in American wineries dependence on overseas wine has lessened by a considerable amount. Vineyards from east to west are producing in vast quantities even in the tiniest state of Rhode Island. Newport Vineyards is one of the largest producers of wine in New England. The wine tastings are recommended but cost $15 per person. You can bypass the tasting and take the tour - it is free and open to the public - although you won't get to sample any wine!
