Ochre Court

The second largest residence in Newport, this French Renaissance-style mansion was once owned by the Goelet family who made their fortune in banking and investments. While the building is open to visitors its purpose is not so grand - it houses the administrative offices for Salve Regina University although it once served as the entire campus - living quarters, classrooms, and cafeteria.
