Description:

The National Loan and Exchange Bank Building was built in 1903 in the Colonial Revival style. It is 12 stories high, measuring 184 feet, and is considered the first skyscraper in Columbia. Although it had been primarily an office building, it was adapted for residential apartments in 2006.
