Description:
France sometimes does things the extravagant way and the Gratitude Train is no exception. During WWII the U.S. sent supplies to ravaged European nations. This "merci" came back to the U.S. in 1949 in the form of boxcars filled with French memorabilia. The cars float around from place to place, but made their way to Lee County in 2017.
