King Neptune Sundial

The Roman god of the sea is built in bronze, standing twelve feet tall on a circular platform with a diameter measuring 26 feet. Neptunes trusty trident tells the time, it's shadow moving along with the sun throughout the day. The functional sculpture was created by local artist Wayne Edwards in 1983. It's open to the public 24/7, although you'll have to visit during daylight to catch a glimpse of the shadow that the trident casts.
