Tiny Town

The Tiny Town of Easley is a local favorite especially during the Christmas season. The miniature village was started in 1974 to satisfy a dream that Perry and Ollie Jennings thought would never be realized - a dainty rendition of the log cabin they scarcely hoped they could own in the future. Starting with the replica of their dream home, the Jennings decided to grow it into a model of Easley. It is also an example of an artform that is slowly disintegrating in the age of mass produced toys. The children of the Perry and Ollie continue the holiday tradition. Admission is free although donations are welcome!

“I can picture in my mind a TINY world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they’d never expect it.”
