Fairmont Hotel

Recognizable by its single tower on the front-facing corner, this hotel is said to be the most haunted place in South Dakota. The Fairmont has done well to capitalize on this with nightly ghost tours. Unlike many other supposedly haunted places, the dark past of the Fairmont is legitimate and well-documented. It's a hotel in name only; the Fairmont is no longer open for overnight guests. But the karaoke and oyster bar are a great way to spend the rest of the evening after your tour!
