Hurley Butte Ranch

At Hurley Butte Ranch you can have the unique experience of seeing all the beauty of the Badlands on horseback! The trail ride lasts about an hour and a half and the guided rides can accommodate one to five riders. Marshal Kruse is the guide (for all skill levels) who will tell you stories of his family history as well as the history of South Dakota as you trek through the Badlands. You'll get a feel for life as a cowboy (or cowgirl) on a working ranch! Reservations are required and it's cash only for the ride. The location of Hurley Butte is just outside the town of Interior on Highway 44.
