The name of this landmark is an apt description too - what looks like a leashed T-Rex skeleton is led by a small and gangly human skeleton. It's a random and unique piece of roadside art, one of the best to be found in the nation. Visitors report that it's difficult to park to get a better picture, so have your passenger snap a picture as you pass by. For a better view, you may want to try the side of the I-90 that is west-bound.
