Ghost Ballet

Designed by Alice Aycock and installed in 2007, this circular sculpture measures 100 feet wide, 100 feet tall, and 60 feet deep. The name comes from how the sculpture seems to move and change as the observer walks around it. Alice Aycock has been active in the art scene for around 50 years. She was largely associated with Land Art, an art form that focuses on using natural materials with a natural medium.
