Laurel Falls

The multi-tiered waterfall is accessible by an easy trail although continuing on to the lookout tower may be more difficult. The 80-foot cascade is named for the pretty laurels that surround the falls. You may encounter black bears in this park but the park has very strict rules when encountering them. A visitor in past years was bitten by a bear who then had to be euthanized after the incident.
