Millennium Manor Castle

In 1937, William and Fair Nicholson began construction on their home. They constructed the entire abode by hand and with the aid of small machines. True believers in a literal interpretation of the Bible, the Nicholsons supposedly built the manor strong enough to withstand Armageddon and a thousand years beyond. Fortunately or unfortunately, they both did not live long enough to see Armageddon. The house was sold at auction for a mere $40,000 in recent years and is now in the process of being restored after being vandalized and looted.
