The history of this building started decades ago when Woolworth's was a popular lunch counter establishment. It was most notably the site of the 1960s Civil Rights Movement when college students began the "sit-in" movement at the counter. As of 2022 the lunch counter is now a theater and Nashville is the perfect place for its new life as a music and entertainment venue. Check out the website for a calendar of events and tickets!
