Description:
The Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History in Bryan, Texas was established in 1961 and has served as the only museum in the Brazos Valley focused on natural science and cultural history for over six decades. It grew into a regional educational hub with diverse collections spanning archaeology, paleontology, botany, and local history, including Ice Age fossils and artifacts from the Brazos Valley. The museum also engages the community with exhibits, nature camps, and programs aimed at inspiring stewardship of the natural world and cultural heritage.
