Description:
Encompassing just under 12 acres this urban park turned a drab concrete area into an oasis framed by the metropolitan backdrop of Houston. It was created in 2008 and features include gardens, a lake, trails, a promenade, and dog runs. One of the most popular attractions at the park is the public art sculptures created by world-renowned artists. It's open all year, but if you're there during winter, you'll be lucky enough to enjoy the skating rink.
