While other large oddities in Texas are quite amusing, the Giant Bo Pilgrim Head has a touch of the sinister to it. Mounted on a white platform with eight legs, it looks like a giant's dinner of a decapitated pilgrim. Interestingly enough, the head rests in front of a giant freezer/food distribution facility.
