This singularly stunning formation, rising 8,751 feet above sea level, is the highest natural point in Texas. The jagged, angular faces and edges are challenging to traverse - an 8.4-mile round trip hike with an elevation gain of 3,000 feet. For the strenuous trek you'll be rewarded with panoramic views of the mountains and desert.
