Description:

Keith Turman had originally created the expansive bowler hat for a British furniture store. It turned out to be somewhat of a wasted effort, since "hanging" the hat on the corner of the store would have violated building codes. The hat was tossed in a vacant lot, where it rests on a giant coat rack.
