Description:
The limestone cave was formed by an underground river etching its way through thousands of years ago. In the modern era the cave was a speakeasy during Prohibition. Choose between two guided tours - the walking tour for about $20 or the Wild Cave Tour which runs about $70. The walking tour takes you 130 feet below the surface, taking you through chambers such as the Underground Ballroom and the Moon Room. The Wild Cave Tour is very popular and sells out fast even though special equipment is required to participate.
