Description:

An ancient meander is the site of the Lubbock Lake Landmark - important for its wealth of archaeological information and natural history. It is here that bison kills from 10,800 years ago were discovered which helps to give us a glimpse into the ancient civilizations that inhabited the meander. Learn and get some exercise - there are over four miles of trails to hike and explore.
