Tex Randall Statue

He's all cement and steel, a symbol of masculinity from bygone days. The Tex Randall man is a real cowboy - jeans, oversized belt buckle, and pointy boots. His footwear used to have spurs, but it seems he has lost them due to the wear and tear over the decades.
