Description:
A sort of chimera modified to represent Texan livestock is composed of the mane and neck of a horse, a turkey tail, pig body, duck wings, a sheep's head, and, of course, a pair of Texas longhorns. This one is a 1941 recreation of the original from 1936 that was showcased at the Texas Centennial Exposition. It's perched high up on the Swine Building at the Texas State Fairgrounds.
