Description:
The river that winds around like a long goose's neck in half-loops called "meanders." It was a long time in the making - 300 million years! If you want an experience that's as close to nature as you can get, this is the place for you. Not for novice hikers and campers, the park only has a primitive campsite and absolutely no developed, official hiking trails. To get there you'll take Route 316 all the way to the end where you'll find a parking lot. (Submitted by Paola Tapia)
