Lower Inspiration Point

Lower Inspiration Point is at an elevation of around 8,000 feet above sea level and offers stunning views of the colorful and unique rock formations of Bryce Canyon. From the overlook you can see some of the park's most iconic rock formations, including Thor's Hammer, a tall and narrow spire that resembles a hammerhead. The viewpoint also offers a sweeping vista of the surrounding cliffs, hoodoos, and valleys which are particularly beautiful during sunrise or sunset when the rocks take on a warm, golden hue.
