The Bluebird Restaurant in Logan, Utah opened in 1914 as a small candy and ice cream shop and soon expanded into one of the oldest full service restaurants in the state. Over the years it became a beloved community landmark known for its themed dining rooms, classic marble soda fountain, and role in local social life. After closing for renovations in 2020 it has been preparing for a restored reopening that preserves its historic character. The restaurant has long been popular for dishes such as prime rib, chicken cordon bleu, burgers, milkshakes, and handmade chocolates.
