Description:

The St. George area of Utah was nicknamed "Dixie" as many of the Mormon settlers were from the Deep South. The controversial name is emblazoned in white block letters on the side of a huge boulder overlooking Red Hills Parkway. It's a great place to start or end your day; the sunrise and sunset over the red rocks are amazing. People love hiking through these boulders, but be aware that it can get tricky.
