Description:

As Utah was once a prime location for pioneers and surveyors, it's only natural that this state would take pride in its place in railroad history. Located about 2 hours southeast of Salt Lake City, the Western Mining and Railroad Museum is small, but filled to the brim with artifacts from the 19th and early 20th centuries. While admission is free, a small donation of ten bucks would be kind.
