Description:
Innocuous during the day this bridge becomes ominous at night. It's the focal point of the Bunny Man legend which tells of an escaped insane asylum patient who managed to make his getaway when his transport bus crashed. In the aftermath authorities found the mutilated bodies of half-eaten rabbits and soon thereafter the mutilated bodies of teenagers hung from the bridge. Of course, this is all just silly fodder for Creepy Pasta tales...right? We suggest seeing the bridge during the day just in case. To get there take Fairfax County Pkwy to Fairfax Station Rd. and go west. Make a right on Colchester Rd. and the bridge will be on your immediate left.
