Description:

Once the Richmond Dairy Company, this red brick structure with the adorning giant milk bottles on the front-facing corners has been converted into a funky apartment building. In the 1980s, the Richmond edifice was derelict but it has since been restored, complete with gothic-style arched windows under the bottles making the building corners decorative reinforcement brackets. Metalhead urban explorers might be interested to know that that GWAR used the then-abandoned building as their studio headquarters in the '80s.
