Springfield Distillery

Handcrafted spirits are made with locally sourced raw materials. Honey or maple-flavored whiskeys, bourbon, and other strong spirits make great cocktails. The distillery hosts tours, but you can opt to stay longer in one of the 1800s cabins on the grounds.
