Ape Cave Interpretive Site

Nestled in the earth is this lava tube running about 2.5 miles. Green forests dappled with sunlight surround the cave - which lends the area a mystical quality. The best time to go is daytime but you should still bring a flashlight and wear sensible shoes. Older kids might enjoy the hike but younger ones might get tired requiring you to carry them.
