Giant Tulips

You don't have to travel thousands of miles to the Netherlands to see the short lived blooming of the Keukenhof tulips. Seemingly swaying in their own flower box, these "Dancing Tulips" remind passersby this area of Skagit Valley hosts one of the best festivals dedicated to this bulbous perennial. Unfortunately, to see the tulips in full bloom you'll have to visit in the month of April.
