A piece of Dutch heaven can be found in the Pacific Northwest without the need to pay exorbitant KLM airfare. An endless rainbow field of tulips pops up in the spring coinciding with the annual Tulip Festival. You can also see the display garden, perfectly landscaped with their prize blooms surrounding a traditional, Dutch-style windmill. RoozenGaarde is open year-round, but the best time to visit is probably mid-April to mid-May. If you don't have time to stop, you can see the fields and the spring blooms from the road!
