The real houseboat may be a disappointment to those fans of "Sleepless in Seattle" who were hoping to see a resemblance to Sam Baldwin's modest habitat. The houseboat of today bears no likeness to the movie set - and it actually sold for over 2 million dollars in 2014. It is said to be the largest floating home on the affluent Lake Union.
