Description:

This lovely open-air living museum preserves the history of the people who settled in the Appalachians. Mike and Henriella Perry established the museum in 1973 with their collection of authentic structures and artifacts. Admission is only $12 per person and includes 25,000 square feet of museums, artifacts, and accommodations. If you're staying the night, you have your choice of a log cabin, the Barn Retreat Center, or a train caboose.
