Prabhupada's Palace of Gold

This Hare Krishna palace was built in 1977 by devotees who donated their labor and time to its creation. Most were unskilled but still managed to craft this magnificent structure. With lodging, a vegetarian restaurant, gardens, and meditation rooms, this New Vrindiban is the perfect place for a weekend retreat away from the bustling life of the city. Being 40 years old, the palace and grounds need repairs some TLC so expect to see construction for the next couple of years when you visit.
