Description:
Natural Bridge State Park in North Freedom, WI, is home to a stunning natural sandstone arch, shaped by the erosive forces of wind and water. The bridge spans 35 feet in width and rises 25 feet above the ground. This remarkable formation was spared by glaciers during the last Ice Age. Nearby, a rock shelter offers a glimpse into the past, where Native people sought refuge as the glaciers retreated over 11,000 years ago. The park is open for day use only.
