This craft brewery offers self-guided tours or hardhat tours by reservation. A tasting room provides generous samples for $8. The hardhat tour costs $30 but includes a three-hour guided experience complete with a beer and cheese pairing. The brewery produces six beers year-round plus seasonals for the holidays with the help of brewmaster Dan Carey who learned his craft at UC Davis.
