Description:
The 1953 Western starring Alan Ladd was both set and filmed in Wyoming. Character Ernie Wright lived in this cabin which is now referred to by locals as "Shane's Cabin." It still stands today but its days are numbered. The National Park Service has classified the cabin as "ruins" and thus no restoration will be completed.
